Thank you for shopping with Curvy Couture Studio. We're committed to delivering your order with care and keeping you informed every step of the way.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–25 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at studiocurvycouture@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
